Returns Policy

1. Any problems with any part of an order must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, or the following Monday morning if your order was delivered on a Friday.

2. As Personalised Photo products are a bespoke service, any items that are delivered in good condition may not be refunded or exchanged. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.

3. Full refunds or exchanges will be made for any items lost or damaged during transit. To qualify please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of the item arriving.

4. We advise all customers to sign, "NOT CHECKED" with the carrier if you have any doubts about damage upon delivery.
