I've used TYI twice now; first time for a gift - a scan of a very old black & white family photo onto canvas, second time for myself - again image to canvas. The gift actually brought a tear to the eye of my sister (unheard of!) and the canvas I received yesterday is already a treasured possession. It's been said already, but online ordering is easy to use, the team (I've dealt with both Lauren and Alex) are friendly and efficient, and their recommendations to get the most of your image are always spot on. Very impressive turnaround time. I cannot recommend highly enough (as all my work colleagues will confirm!) and will definitely be using TYI again.

Customer service that can't be faulted. Canvas provided through internet order was excellent quality but noticed a mark on it. Replacement sent straight away even though the mark turned out to be part of the photograph. Thanks to Laura to providing a replacement with the mark removed.
