Customer service that can't be faulted. Canvas provided through internet order was excellent quality but noticed a mark on it. Replacement sent straight away even though the mark turned out to be part of the photograph. Thanks to Laura to providing a replacement with the mark removed.

I received my photo on canvas yesterday and just wanted to say how impressed I was with your service.  I know that it is easy to complain about bad service but people rarely take the time to acknowledge great service, as I wanted to do.

Not only the speed and efficiency of the order, which was totally hassle free, the quality of the product and competence of the staff.  From the time of order, which was really easy on the website, to the delivery which was carefully packed, and the follow-up emails in between.  Even the delivery man had the decency to phone me up as I was not in yesterday and asked if I would like to reschedule delivery or shall he leave the parcel in secret place.

I'm under the impression that the company is a fairy new one, as I first heard about you when I visited Westfield's London at the end of October and visited your shop and got one of your leaflets.  Your service has certainly set your ahead of the rest, especially in these vulnerable times with the current economic climate being so bad, I am happy to say that I will definitely use your service again.
