Please email for estimated times for orders to be picked up from shop or our head office.
Dispatches and deliveries are on Monday to Friday only (No weekend deliveries). Orders placed on weekends will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
All deliveries are on 'next day' courier service (Next day delivery is aimed for but cannot be guaranteed).
Orders placed online cannot be accessed in store. Web orders are processed during office working hours (9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday).
If ordering using a promotion or voucher not advertised on our site, please be aware that orders could take up to 5 working days for dispatch.
During busy periods such as the run up to Christmas there may be slight delays to your deliveries.
We advise all customers to sign, "NOT CHECKED" with the carrier if they have any doubts about damage upon delivery.
